Corepilates – ongoing Mat Class in Horgen

The training concept combines strength, stretching, coordination, and relaxation exercises. The focus is on a strong, flexible body, better posture, and conscious perception of one's own movement patterns. The deep core muscles are specifically strengthened and aligned. Classes are held in small groups.

The course is suitable for women 6–9 months postpartum; for men, entry is possible at any time. Additionally, there are tips on body, nutrition, and pain relief.

Trial lesson (60 min.) — CHF 30
Single lesson (60 min.) — CHF 35
10-class pass (60 min.) — CHF 300
Validity: 13 weeks
