8-week postnatal recovery online – flexible from home
This online postnatal recovery course helps you safely and structured rebuild your pelvic floor, core, and abdominal muscles after childbirth – flexibly from home. The 8-week program includes 16 consecutive sessions and is also suitable after a C-section.
You can usually start the course about 6–8 weeks after birth, provided there are no medical contraindications. After a C-section, it might take a bit longer.
You train at your own pace, regardless of location and time, and receive lifetime access to the course.
